He made us feel very comfortable that the professionals at Drainline Services were our neighbors. Danny Daley was the plumber that came to our house. He arrived on time and was very professional throughout the time he worked on our house. We had a leak near the main water inlet into our house in our basement. He explained the nature of the leak and the work that needed to be done in a very helpful and friendly manner, answering all of our questions before quoting us a very reasonable price. He then completed the work immediately for the repair. He even took a few minutes to help us with putting on a bathtub fixture that we were having difficulties with at no extra charge. Our home is our most important investment and we definitely trust Drainline Services to protect and care for our home. They definitely exceeded our expectations.

Comments: Sonny is one of the nicest, most caring, and hardworking guys out there. He has a 'whatever it takes' attitude to get things done, and he went above and beyond to help us out. Sonny and his crew replaced nearly 100-feet of cast iron sewer piping underneath our basement, entryway and garage slab, as well as replacing a good portion of our sewer line outside the house. The process took about two weeks, but the results were great. He kept us in the loop throughout the process, communicating issues as they came up. He also repaired a number of small unrelated issues around the house as they came up while he was doing the work (who knew my kitchen sink got that kind of pressure?) No one ever wants to do sewer work, but Sonny and Billy made working through it a better experience.

Comments: On Nov. 14 of last year, Drainline Services installed the gas line for the new gas range. The job was done well and the range works beautifully. The same day a toilet was also fixed as well as a leak strainer on the left side of the kitchen sink. On February I called again because the strainer basket they replaced was leaking again. They came the following day, replaced the basket at no extra cost, since the basket they installed was under warranty. The employee was very courteous and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I will definitely call the company again if I have any pluming issues. The only problem I found is that the worker was a little late. He did apologize for it, though. He said he didn??????t have my phone number and couldn??????t to let me know he was delayed.

Sonny fixed a series of problems caused by a poor installation of a new dishwasher months ago by Best Buy. The issues were under the kitchen sink in the kitchen island. Sonny with Drainline repaired bad plumbing issues, including piping stress which caused crack in main Y pipe, also corrected a slanted pipe area that would be causing issues down the road. Sonny also replaced 3 flex pipes that had been too short for what was needed and previous plumber for Best Buy had kinked them a bit to fit. Now, thansk to Sonny no leaks! The piping under the sink now looks much better. Its rare to find someone who really cares about what they do, the customers they do it for, and take pride in their work. He never rushed through and came back to complete things the next day, and again arrived on time, and worked through the processes easily.
